Back in 1912 the German Missionaries founded a learning Centre for local Bible readers. Later on 1930 Teachers Training program founded, 32 years later in 1962 It was when the school we are talking about officially began to operate. Around 1974 The Ministerial Course began embedded with the secondary School before the ministerial being transferred to Usa River in Arusha, which then bared the name “Tanzania Adventist Seminary and College” abbreviated to as (TASC) which is now the famous University of Arusha (UoA).
